In this contemporary era, many people are seeking health solutions that will empower them to look and feel their very best. If you’re attempting to step into a new dimension of wellness, now is the time to recognize the power of coconut oil. This health food  has many health benefits which can help optimize your body and is a great natural remedy in many ways. Read on to learn more about the benefits you can attain by using coconut oil:

1. Fat Loss.

We live in a world where roughly 2/3 of people are either overweight or obese. Luckily, coconut oil is known to help promote fat loss. In one study of 40 women who had abdominal obesity, it was found that supplementing the diet with 30 mL (1 ounce) of coconut oil resulted in a substantive reduction of both waist circumference and BMI. This study took place over a time period of 12 weeks, indicating that individuals can attain significant results in a relatively short period of time. The study is also significant inasmuch as coconut oil is believed to play a part in reducing abdominal fat, which is considered to be the most dangerous kind.

2. Beauty Optimization.

Another great benefit that results from using coconut oil is beauty optimization. Specifically, studies have found that using coconut oil on the skin improves its lipid content and moisture level. Additionally, coconut oil can help prevent hair damage. And a study on the product revealed that it is an effective form of sunscreen. Specifically, coconut oil blocks about 20% of the ultraviolet rays from the sun.

3. Oral Hygiene.

In addition to helping people optimize their appearance, coconut oil can play an integral role in enhancing an individual’s oral hygiene. In fact, coconut oil has been found to reduce bad breath, improve dental health, and kill harmful bacteria that may be lurking in the mouth. Learn how to do oil-pulling to improve your natural beauty!

4. Blood Cholesterol Optimization.

Coconut oil contains a substantive amount of saturated fats. In previous eras, it was believed that these fats harmed the blood lipid profile. But they don’t. In fact, saturated fats increase HDL, the “good” cholesterol. They also convert the “bad” LDL cholesterol into a harmless subtype. Rat studies also demonstrate that coconut oil reduces triglycerides while also improving antioxidant and blood coagulation status. These findings are important because the blood cholesterol optimization process can reduce susceptibility to heart disease, the number one cause of death worldwide.

5. Hunger Reduction.

Individuals who are looking for ways to stop overeating will be happy to know that coconut oil is linked to hunger reduction. This could result from the way that the oil’s fatty acids metabolize.

An Important Note About Coconut Oil

Once you realize all of the wonderful, life-giving health benefits that coconut oil brings, you may be ready to start shopping for the ideal product. As you do so, remember to avoid refined coconut oil. Instead, look for organic, virgin coconut oil. Also make sure that you are buying the product from a reputable brand. The retailer you select should possess these attributes:

-at least three years of experience in the whole foods/natural foods sector

-fair prices

-excellent customer service and social presence

-an equitable return policy

-a satisfaction guarantee

Don’t Delay: Start Using Coconut Oil Today!

If you’re serious about optimizing your health, now is the time to begin implementing strategies that induce profound wellness.
