  10. Marla, be careful about the caterpillars. I have 7 beautiful parsley caterpillars on my parsley plant that will turn into black swallowtail butterflies ~ pollinators. I have learned over the years that the caterpillars that turn up on my plants are survival insects. They are now turning into chrysalis and will soon be butterflies pollinating my garden. And, my parsley plant is coming back just fine.

    1. Hi Laurel,
Yes I agree – many caterpillars are beneficial but then there are the tomatoes and potatoes worms or caterpillars that will destroy your complete crop in a hurry if you don’t do something about them. It making sure we control the bad guys and leave the goods guys alone. Have a healthy happy & blessed day. Thanks for reading my article and commenting.

That is how I found that the parsley caterpillars are beautiful butterflies. Still waiting for them to emerge from their chrysalis 🙂 Take care, Laurel
