  4. I was excited when I saw this title over on the Simple Saturdays linkup because I have an eye appointment today. Thankfully, I include all these things in my diet regularly, except fish, which I rarely eat these days due to the poisoning of our waterways and oceans. So few “clean” fish available! Thanks for the information. It gives me a sense of relief, knowing I’m eating well for good eye health.
