Not every person has or needs to go the gym in order to stay in shape. Arguably, it is a much more challenging task to start getting into shape while you are constantly being tempted to just hit the couch and enjoy a movie while eating a pizza. Individuals who already have a certain athletic figure, or who are very motivated, can enjoy the benefits of physical exercises and training from the comfort of their own home.
Time saver
We live in an age where a lot of us have a difficult time finding the necessary time to fit in a gym schedule but this does not mean that we have to give up on our physique. Achieving balance and fitness does not have to come at the cost of wasting time going back and forth from the gym. Exercising at home helps mitigating the time wasted in the processes of going to the gym where no actual workout is being done.
Comfort and Privacy
Though most people hate to recognize this, if your body isn’t the best it can be, it will feel a bit intimidating to go working out in a public gym. You might even feel targeted by the eyes of your more toned peers. This, however, is not a problem if you do your exercises at home. You can control the space where you work out, you can adjust the music, you can always stop and look for tutorials online if you think you are not doing something right, you benefit from the cleanliness of your own home and you will be able to freely exercise without worrying of having an audience.
Fitness equipment at a minimum
When engaging in Emerge Fitness USA at home, the equipment you need can be varied but also completely optional. For most, gravity is enough to get the workout they need but if you want to get an extra bonus in efficiency there are a few things you can get yourself to help push yourself a bit further. You can consider getting a jump rope for intense cardio and coordination training, hand-grip trainers for the always important grip strength or dumbbells for various strength exercises.
Motivates you and your family further
Perhaps a less direct effect of working out at home is that it helps you improve yourself both physically and mentally. Planning a routine, sticking to it and seeing the effects of it after a few months can really be a great personal boost in both confidence and your personal drive to achieve further in life. Friends and family can also be motivated by your success and you could be seen as role model for them to start doing exercises which will improve their health without spending money or dedicating time at the gym.
I totally agree with you but I’m still considering that is training at home really effective without a professional mentor?

Thank you so much for responding very quickly. I have to work almost 8 hours per day and after a long day at work place I’m probably not able to do any exercise, to be honest. And I found that maybe joining a group could help me more motivative, I could talk, I could discuss with other people and so on. So, this my choice eventually :))
Anyway, have a nice day and keep posting Marla!
