    This is a great post. I knew onions were good for you , but I didn’t know in how many ways. I do enjoy onions cooked, but not so much raw. I will eat red onions chopped in salads with avocado and tomato. I’m going to try to eat more of them. Thanks .. Oh.. love the quotes too
