One of the best ways to increase happiness is to exercise. Exercise will help to improve the mood, will help you sleep better, and will also help increase self esteem.   1. Great recommendations. I’ve got the excercise and eating well down, but can’t seem to get over worrying about the small stuff! Like the idea of dressing up around the house sometimes. Can really see how this would boost your mood a bit.

      That worrying one is a tough one for me too.
