Have you ever heard of Spirulina? Well if you haven’t then you need to learn what this superfood is and the many health benefits. Spirulina is a blue-green micro algae that grows in fresh water. Amazing it is one of the oldest life forms on earth and the Aztecs including it in their diet for protein packed nutrition that it added to their diet.
Spirulina can be added to your diet in so many ways such as added it to smoothies, dressings, salads, soups, blends right into smoothies, dressings, soups and any other way you choose if you want to add super powers to your foods.
