Pingback: 7 Ways to Help Save Our Planet by Going Green at Home
It is often argued that going green is expensive so this is a great post to prove otherwise. I know my monthly outlay is a lot less than other people and I put that down to our green lifestyle. My food bills may be higher as some of the greener options I choose can be more expensive (it drives me mad that unwrapped produce is often more expensive than the plastic wrapped equivalent) but buying so much less of everything else soon offsets that. I don’t need loads of clothes, make-up, new technology etc and I grow/produce a lot of our own food. #GoingGreen
HI Rosie,
I actually think living green is less expensive in many ways especially if you make your own DIY products. Buying organic might be more expensive if you buy at the grocery but if you buy from you local farmer or grow your own as you said it saves you quite a lot and it certainly saves in medical bills from eating processed foods filled with chemicals.
Great to combine the message of going green with saving money 🙂 #goinggreen

I feel part of going green is about saving money and reusing and recycling instead of buying new. Thanks for stopping by, commenting, and reading my article.
I do a lot on this list but trading is something I need to get in the habit of doing.
