    Great article Marla! I’m taking a nutrition class and this week we are talking about supplements. I prefer to get my nutritents through food, but that is not possible for everyone. I also know that certain medicines take a lot of nutrition out of our bodies that needs to be replaced. Energy! We all need more and it so interesting to me that we would have more if our bodies worked in a more efficient matter. Getting rid of the junk food and detoxing our liver (for example) will do just that for us. Fascinating!
