Children, especially younger ones are curious about the grown – up activities and are eager to help. You can give them small tasks like throwing the food scraps in the compost bin. Do some recycling together. Beware of the items with sharp edges such as cans and glasses that might hurt your little one.

Some children prefer assisting in the house cleaning. With the green cleaning products, you will not need to worry about the dangerous chemicals that can harm your little one. If your kids are not interested or excited about the green lifestyle, make the eco – friendly activities fun. Turn the everyday chores into a game.

LOVE IT! I have 5 kids and our transition to an Organic lifestyle was easy because we did most of the transition TOGETHER! They helped shop, cook, repurpose, etc. Now, instead of my kids saying…hey, can we go buy that…they ask, “how can we make that”. I think I may have created hoarders in the process though!
