The skin on our face is probably the most precious and delicate of all our skin and its gets so much abuse from the pollutants in the air, the sun, and weather.

For Those With Sensitive Skin — Choose the soothing essential oils of rose and chamomile over those of lavender and sweet orange.
For Oily Skin — Add 1 teaspoon witch hazel and try the essential oils of lavender and grapefruit.
Some Tips For Your Skin Health:
Even the most sophisticated and pure skin products can improve the appearance of only the outer layer of the skin. To reach deeper we need to nourish the skin from within and take care of our inside first. What we eat and put inside our body exits through the skin, so if we eat junk food the toxins will evacuate through the pores of our skin. Our skin reflects what’s going on inside our bodies so it is of vital importance to eat plenty of fresh organic fruits and veggies, make sure you have a balanced diet, drink plenty of good quality water, exercise regularly, and get plenty of restful sleep.
When we choose products with pure ingredients from nature everyone wins, you, the planet, and the wonderful companies that produce the untainted formulas to help us on our road to a healthy and green lifestyle. Choose your products carefully because we only have one body and one planet to live in.
