Hi Marla, Water is my beverage of choice to start the day off right. It keeps me hydrated, quenches thirst like nothing else, flushes out the digestive track and helps with digestion, elimination, and is cleansing for the body. Caffeine is too strong for me, so I drink a cup of water processed organic decaf and hour after eating. Post is well written and informative. Thanks for sharing on and co-hosting Real Life Fridays.
