Maybe send a special e-mail to a friend at work telling them how much you appreciate them being your friend or even better talk to someone who you don’t even know and compliment them. You never know what they might be going through or what troubles they may be having and your one statement could make a big difference in their day. I can guarantee that it will not only benefit how they feel but also how you feel.
- Regular Smiles – Give everyone you see a smile and see how many smiles you get back. Smiles are highly contagious so use generously and see how many life’s you can touch with your smile and change your whole day and everyone around you.
Directions: Combine all ingredients and use daily. The natural and herbal remedies use as needed for ultimate health. Sprinkle with a generous amount of hope, faith, and compassion and unlimited love!
Christmas and holidays is not the only time we should be practicing this recipe. It should be everyday of the year. We live in a toxic world that is so filled with unmeasurable problems and suffering but we have the power to change that! Just one step at a time and one day at a time. Remember to enjoy and share as much warmth and love and please don’t forget that there are many out there that are dealing with much pain and suffering. For many the holidays are not happy they are a reminder of loneliness, sadness, and sorrow possibly from the loss of a loved one or maybe they are dealing with their own demons that we have no idea about. So please spread the joy to every one you can.
I would like to wish you all a wonderful, healthy, and happy Christmas and Holiday season. Let’s all continue on our road to a greener and healthier lifestyle physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Hi Marla,
These green and healthy tips add up to wonderful resolutions for a fabulous new year! I love the concept of taking a spoonful of these “ingredients” daily! I especially love “smiles” and “acts of kindness”! In fact, most of these items are on my list of 2014 resolutions. Thank you for sharing this post with Healthy, Happy, Green & Natural hop!
Thanks Deborah, Hope you had a wonderful holiday season. Glad to share my information and thanks so much for having your blog hop every week.
What a great post, yes, we need to remember that this world is not all about me. Take a moment to think that the person annoying you by going to slow, or the person shaking their fist at you, may be dealing with their own problems. We lack human compassion in this world, and this post reminds us that this is world indeed is not all about me.
Hi Joyce, You are so right we all need to start thinking of other people and the world would be a much kinder and loving world for all of us. Have a wonderful healthy and happy New Year. Thanks for sharing my article and you compliments.
Hi Marla! What a great recipe! While I have used a few of these ingredients in the past I never thought to include them ALL and mix them as you say for the holidays. But so TRUE! I’ll bet just a combination of just half of these would improve most people’s holidays. Thank you for the reminders and the inspiration. Have a WONDERFUL and healthy New Years! and I look forward to seeing what recipes you come up with in the future. ~Kathy

I love the Random Acts of Kindness. I have bee trying to become more intentional about making a quick phone call or (as you stated) a quick email to brighten someone’s day. It really does help.
Thanks!
